At Sabah Al Madina Paints , customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns, reworks, and refunds are handled.
1. Nature of Service
Car painting and refinishing services are customized services performed on the customer’s vehicle.
Once the service has been completed, it is considered delivered and cannot be returned like a physical product.
2. Inspection at Delivery
Customers must inspect their vehicle at the time of delivery.
Any concerns regarding paint quality, finish, or workmanship must be reported immediately at handover.
3. Rework Policy
If a defect related to our workmanship is identified:
- We will inspect the issue.
- If approved, we will provide free rework or correction of the affected area.
- Rework does not include full repaint unless technically necessary.
4. No Refund After Completion
Refunds will not be provided once painting service is completed and the vehicle has been handed over, except in cases of:
- Proven major workmanship defect
- Failure to perform agreed service
All decisions will be at the sole discretion of Sabah Al Madina Paints after inspection.
5. Advance Payments
- Any advance or deposit paid is non-refundable once work has started or materials have been prepared.
- If cancellation is requested before work begins, refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting administrative and inspection charges.
6. Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
- Damage caused after delivery (accidents, scratches, stone chips)
- Color variation due to sun fading or old paint
- Chemical damage or improper washing
- Normal wear and tear
- Customer-requested color or design dissatisfaction after approval
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within [7–14] working days through the original payment method.
8. Legal Compliance
This Return & Refund Policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
